Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to all quotes given and work carried out by Tiny Truck ("we", "us") for you, the customer.

1. Quotes

Quotes are free and no-obligation, and stay valid for 30 days. A quote is based on the information you give us: how much is going, what it is, and the access at the property. If the job on the day is materially different from what was described, we'll talk to you and agree any price change before doing the extra work.

2. Bookings and cancellations

You can reschedule or cancel a booking at no charge with at least 24 hours' notice. For cancellations on the day, we may charge a reasonable call-out fee if the truck is already on its way.

3. Payment

Payment is due on completion of the job unless we've agreed otherwise in writing. We'll confirm accepted payment methods with your quote.

4. What we can't take

We can't accept hazardous materials, including (but not limited to) asbestos, chemicals, solvents, wet paint, gas bottles, and medical waste. Please tell us about anything potentially hazardous before the job - if hazardous material is discovered on site we may have to leave it behind.

5. Ownership of removed items

Once items are loaded onto the truck they become our property and responsibility to dispose of. If you change your mind about an item, say so before it's loaded. Reusable items may be rehomed, recycled or donated at our discretion.

6. Access and safety

Please make sure we can safely access the items to be removed. We may decline or pause work that can't be done safely, and we'll discuss options with you if that happens.

7. Care and liability

We take reasonable care on every job. We're not responsible for pre-existing damage, or for damage that results from information we weren't given. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

8. Your details

We only use your contact details to respond to your quote and carry out your job. We never sell or share them.
