What areas do you cover?

The entire Wellington Region: Wellington city and suburbs, the Hutt Valley, Porirua, the Kāpiti Coast and over the hill to the Wairarapa. If you're not sure, just ask.

How does pricing work?

We price by the load. The quote depends on how much is going, the access at your place, and how soon you need it done. Quotes are free, no-obligation, and usually come back the same day.

What do you take?

Almost anything that fits on the truck: old furniture, whiteware, mattresses, garden waste, garage junk, office fit-out, demolition material from sheds, decks and fences, and general household rubbish.

What can't you take?

Hazardous materials: asbestos, chemicals, solvents, wet paint, gas bottles and the like. If you're not sure whether something counts, send a photo with your quote request and we'll let you know.

Do I need to be home?

Not necessarily. If the items are accessible (a garage left unlocked, things left by the kerb or in the yard) and we've agreed on what's going, we can do the job while you're out and confirm with photos after.

How soon can you come?

Often within the week, and sometimes same-day for small jobs. Tell us your timeframe in the quote form and we'll do our best to make it work.

What happens to the rubbish?

Anything reusable gets rehomed where we can. The rest goes to the transfer station or recycling. You just point at things; we handle the rest.

How do I pay?

We'll confirm payment options with your quote. Bank transfer is easiest for most people.
